The LIDO Organization Inc. is pleased to announce the Telecom Education Stimulus Program. LIDO recognizes that during challenging economic times, telecom training and education initiatives are inevitably reduced or often eliminated altogether. LIDO does not want to see education sacrificed as a result of budget cuts, and we do not want to see individuals limited in their ability to acquire vital telecom skills as a result of constrained financial resources and the lack of affordable educational options.
Under the Telecom Education Stimulus Program, our single-user license fee has been reduced to US$275.00 for a three month subscription. When the good times return, we will review the pricing and adjust, but for now, our wish is to do what we can to encourage affordable yet world-class telecom education, with certification for those that require the additional credentials.
And the good times will return. Historically, telecommunications revenues have increased after every crisis since the 1970s. Even in the aftermath of the telecom bubble, the U.S. telecom market still managed 6.6% growth in 2001, 1.8% in 2002, and 3.2% in 2003 before bouncing back to close to 10%. Policymakers understand that the telecom sector has traditionally shown financial resilience and can help rejuvenate a Region’s entire economy. Economic conditions are stabilizing, and a recovery is expected to begin gaining momentum in 2011, with healthy economic growth extending through 2013. By 2011, global telecom revenues are estimated to reach close to US$5 trillion.
Our objective is to prepare you for the future, a future colored by economic recovery and revitalized spending and development in telecom. Since the ultimate goal of LIDO Telecommunications Essentials is to improve your professional knowledge and performance, we are doubly pleased to inform you that the LIDO Telecommunications Essentials eLearning is a CompTIA Authorized Quality Curriculum (CAQC), leading to the CompTIA Convergence+ certification, primarily for those pursuing technical support careers. For management and non-technical professionals, LIDO offers the Certified Telecom Professional certification, granted upon satisfactory completion of the tests associated with the Telecom Essentials curriculum.
The LIDO Telecommunications Essentials eLearning series provides 34 hours of comprehensive curriculum, presented in an interactive, rich-media format, delivered over the web, and hosted on the LIDO Learning Management System (LMS). Comprised of four parts, Communications Fundamentals, Data Networking and the Internet, Next Generation Networks, and Wireless Communications, the eLearning series provides a thorough and enjoyable indoctrination into the vast landscape of telecommunications, demystifying the complex telecom industry, explaining concepts and terminology, building an understanding of the telecom technologies and networks essential to the digital era, as well as the key applications and prominent business issues driving greater reliance on ICT-based infrastructures.
Please visit our website, www.telecomwebcentral.com, for detailed information regarding the Telecom Essentials curriculum and delivery options, as well as access to online demos of the courses.
We invite you to take advantage of LIDO’s Telecom Education Stimulus Program to build your own telecom knowledge and credentials, preparing you to thrive in the dynamic and growing telecom industry. We are also pleased to offer both Reseller and Affiliate Marketing Programs so that you can extend the LIDO Telecom Education Stimulus Program to your clients and website communities.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or requests for additional information by sending an email to Lili Goleniewski at lili@lidoorg.com or Pavithra Ratnakar at pavi@lidoorg.com.

ISG-Telecom is a CLEC regulatory (legal) consulting firm that was founded in 1996, and since then our staff has been creating CLEC strategies in an effort to maximize profits for new entrants. During that time frame ISG has helped hundreds of entrants become CLEC’s, Inter-Exchange Carriers and VoIP providers.
Our legal staff combined with the retention of some of the best telecom attorney’s in the USA, when needed for certain jurisdictions, makes us the only choice for certifications with any PUC (Public Utility Commission) throughout the USA or the FCC (Federal Communications Commission). In 2008 we introduced international certifications for our clients wishing to do business in Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Eastern Block. Our focus has been the same for twenty + years - “Get our clients certified in the shortest period of time with the least amount of energy on their part”. We have a 100% track record for getting approvals and completing all certifications in record time.

How does all of this new technology affect the regular consumer? GIS is now being woven into the fabric of our everyday lives through social media. Geo-referencing on Facebook allows users to ‘check in’ and tag locations on real-time photographs. Information is being captured and shared through the internet in excess. Access to technology has never been easier due to the notable rise in the use of smartphone technologies.
